MEET ROCIO VALLE
Rocío Valle is the founder and CEO of Valle Translations, a full-service translation agency located in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a woman-owned, minority business enterprise with over 30 years of experience, Valle Translations provides translation, proofreading and editing of various types of documents in over 30 languages.
It all began with Rocío’s passion for languages, which led her to attend the Institute for Court Interpretation at the University of Arizona. Certified as an Administrative Hearing Interpreter by the Judicial Council of the State of California, she began interpreting in a wide variety of venues.
However, Rocío found her true vocation in translation, so she obtained her certification from the American Translators Association. Certified as an Administrative Hearing Interpreter by the Judicial Council of the State of California, she worked for a variety of entities such as the FBI before starting her translation business.

Valle Translations provides high-quality translations for businesses and individuals around the world, specializing in legal, medical, and technical translations. Currently, we offer linguistic services along with desktop publishing in many languages, such as English, Spanish, Korean, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Vietnamese, French, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Armenian, Farsi, Tagalog, Khmer, Hindi, and Hmong, to name a few.
Managing a large pool of professional, vetted translators, proofreaders and editors, Valle Translations offers personal, prompt, and professional services. We protect client confidentiality and practice rigorous quality assurance to ensure that we provide excellent translations to all our clients.

As a translation agency, we have an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. Our in-house talent is certified by the Judicial Council of the State of California, and the American Translators Association. We have a HIPAA certification and are also certified by the SBA – 8(a) Business Development Program as a Small Disadvantaged Business.
Our Clients and Mission
In addition to translating for various enterprises, Valle Translations also gives back to the community by providing pro bono translations and serving as a mentor to those interested in the field. After 30 years, Valle Translations still handles the translation requirements of its first client ever, PRIDE Industries, and is proud to be a preferred vendor for Blue Shield of California, as well as for several other Bay Area companies.
Meet Our Team
Grisel Cremonesi
Is an ATA-Certified English into Spanish Translator, with a BA in Translation Studies from the Instituto Superior Lenguas Vivas de Misiones, Argentina, and a Diploma in Spanish Copy Editing and Proofreading from the Fundación Instituto Superior de Estudios Lingüísticos y Literarios LITTERAE, Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 2015, she served as a Lecturer in Advanced Spanish Grammar and Stylistics at the Department of Classical & Modern Languages, University of Louisville, where she was a consultant for the Graduate Certificate in Translation. Currently, she holds the position of Senior Project Manager at Valle Translations, where she has been working as a full-time Translator, Editor and Proofreader since 2004.
Micaela Puebla
Is an English into Spanish Translator, graduated from the Universidad Nacional de La Plata, Argentina, in 2021, with a BA in Translation Studies. She has served as a Professor’s Assistant in Legal Translation at the University, and she is currently specializing in Spanish Copy Editing and Proofreading. Micaela joined Valle Translations in early 2022 as an Assistant Project Manager and has impeccably worked her way to becoming a full Project Manager.
Julieta Raimondo
Is a certified English-Spanish Translator with a degree in Legal Translation from the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires. A Professor’s Assistant in Translation into English since 2018, Julieta has more than 9 years of academic experience in the field of translation, as well as copy editing and proofreading. She joined Valle Translations as a freelance Translator in 2021 and now holds the position of Project Manager and QA Expert.
Laura Ali
Is a certified English-Spanish/Spanish-English translator with a solid background in project management.
With over a decade of experience in the translation field, Laura has translated a wide range of documents, including medical research projects, academic papers, and legal documents. She has vast experience in the NGO and academic research sectors, having managed international relations with governmental and non-governmental organizations worldwide.
Laura has effectively coordinated projects, developed funding opportunities, and achieved successful outcomes in her professional endeavors.
Guillermina Cera
Is an English into Spanish Translator, graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Lanús, Argentina, with a BA in Translation Studies. She has been working as a freelance Proofreader since 2019 and has reviewed a wide range of documents in the fields of Medicine and Journalism before joining Valle Translations as a QA Reviewer in early 2022. Recently, Guillermina has become part of Valle Translations’ in-house talent as a Project Manager.
Florencia Caruso
Is a certified English-Spanish Translator with a degree in Legal Translation from the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires, registered with the Buenos Aires Sworn Translators Association.
She has over 7 years of experience as a translator and proofreader, ensuring accurate translations for global clients in challenging professional environments, both in-company and as an independent professional.
She is currently helping people overcome language barriers together with a dedicated team of colleagues at Valle Translations.
